I would love to live like a river flows,

carried by the surprise of its own unfolding.

I use a relational psychodynamic approach to therapy and draw from body-oriented techniques like Hakomi, Focusing, Internal Family Systems, and Belief-Focused EMDR. I am Level II Hakomi graduate and have studied at the Northwest Psychoanalytic Society and Institute.

In short:

we will definitely explore how you and I relate in session,

how you feel your feelings in your body,

and approach unconscious processes with curiosity.

I understand that identity is important when selecting a therapist. I identify as a cis, queer, white woman. I use she/her pronouns.

My favorite sound is the clinking of halyards against a boat’s mast.

When not working, I’m taking a lake walk, wandering a farmers market, or practicing “beginning again” in meditation.

I acknowledge we are on the traditional territory of

the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish Tribe.

I acknowledge that I am an uninvited inhabitant of this land.

I invite you to lean more about and stand in solidarity with the original stewards of this land, a people who are still here,
