What might it feel like to,

as poet Derek Walcott writes,

“love again the stranger who was your self?”

What might it look like to

“feast on your life?”

We may find ourselves feeling disconnected and unsure of how to reconnect to the things we love.

And sometimes,

we fear that where we find ourselves today is all that is possible.

A therapist can be a helpful companion on this journey.

In my work, I meet clients with liveliness and loving presence. Together we embark on a process of collaborative self-discovery. This process uses mindfulness, somatic experimentation, and exploration of the relational to bring the unconscious into conscious awareness.

You are not dead yet, it’s not too late
to open your depths by plunging into them
and drink in the life
that reveals itself quietly there

—Rainer Maria Rilke
